Description

The bench reverse crunch circle is a reverse crunch variation with a leg circle. The lifter lies on a flat bench and circles the legs in big circles while reverse crunching the hips up. The circle adds dynamic oblique work to the reverse crunch.

Bench Reverse Crunch Circle Instructions

  1. Lie on your back on a flat bench.
  2. Grip the bench overhead behind your head with both hands.
  3. Lift the legs straight up toward the ceiling.
  4. Brace your core hard.
  5. Begin circling the legs in big circles in the air.
  6. At the top of each circle reverse crunch the hips up off the bench.
  7. Lower the hips back down as the legs continue the circle.
  8. Continue circles in one direction. Reverse and repeat.
