Lotus Pose Breathing
Description
The lotus pose breathing is a classic meditation pose where the lifter sits with each foot resting on the opposite thigh. The deep cross-legged position stretches the hips and adductors while controlled breathing helps deepen the stretch. It is a key yoga pose.
