Lever Side Hip Adduction Instructions

  1. Sit on a hip adduction machine with the back flat against the pad.
  2. Set the inner thighs against the leg pads.
  3. Grip the handles for stability.
  4. Brace your core and set the feet on the foot platforms.
  5. Squeeze the legs together pressing the pads inward.
  6. Hold the squeeze hard at the bottom.
  7. Pause briefly at the contracted position.
  8. Return to the start with control.
