Jack Knife on Ball Instructions

  1. Place the shins or feet on top of a stability ball.
  2. Set up in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
  3. Set the body in a straight line from head to feet.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Pull the knees forward toward the chest.
  6. Roll the ball forward as the knees come in.
  7. Pause briefly at the tucked position.
  8. Extend the legs back to the start.
