- Stand with the feet shoulder width apart.
- Hold an EZ curl bar overhead with a wide grip.
- Brace your core and keep the back straight.
- Lower the bar to one side as you twist the torso.
- Bring it back overhead.
- Lower the bar to the opposite side as you twist back.
- Keep the core tight throughout.
- Continue twisting side to side.
