Floor Fly with Towels Instructions

  1. Place a small towel under each hand on a smooth floor.
  2. Begin in a high plank position with hands under shoulders.
  3. Brace your core and keep the body in a straight line.
  4. Slide both hands out wide to the sides at the same time.
  5. Continue sliding until the chest lowers toward the floor.
  6. Stop with the arms in a wide fly position.
  7. Squeeze the chest to slide the hands back together.
  8. Return to the start at the top.
