  1. Stand facing a wall with a massage ball in one hand.
  2. Place the ball on the inner chest near the sternum.
  3. Press the body into the wall with the ball trapped between.
  4. Brace the core and stay tall.
  5. Roll the mid chest slowly over the ball.
  6. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  7. Cover from the sternum out toward the shoulder.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
