  1. Stand with the back to a wall.
  2. Pin a stability ball between the lower back and the wall.
  3. Set the feet shoulder width apart and a few inches forward.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Press the heels up onto the toes.
  6. Squeeze the calves hard at the top.
  7. Lower the heels with control to the floor.
  8. Continue for the working set.
