Equipment Required

  1. Lie on your back on the floor with dumbbells in each hand at chest level.
  2. Position yourself under a rack or bench with the dumbbells alongside your body.
  3. Plant your feet flat with knees bent.
  4. Brace your core and press your back to the floor.
  5. Row the dumbbells up by driving your elbows out to the sides.
  6. Continue pulling until your elbows reach the floor.
  7. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the top.
