Dumbbell Incline Front Raise with Chest Support Instructions

  1. Set an incline bench to about 45 degrees.
  2. Pick up two light dumbbells and lie face down on the bench.
  3. Let the arms hang straight down with palms facing each other.
  4. Brace your core and keep the chest pressed to the bench.
  5. Raise both dumbbells straight up in front to shoulder height.
  6. Pause briefly at the top.
  7. Squeeze the front delts hard.
  8. Lower the dumbbells back down with control.
