Dumbbell Alternate Chest Press on Stability Ball Instructions

  1. Sit on a stability ball holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Walk your feet forward and let the upper back roll onto the ball.
  3. Lift your hips so your body forms a flat tabletop.
  4. Press both dumbbells up over your chest with palms facing forward.
  5. Lower one dumbbell down to your chest while the other stays up.
  6. Press the lower dumbbell back up to lockout.
  7. Lower the other dumbbell down and press it back up.
  8. Continue alternating arms with slow control.
