- Sit on a stability ball holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Walk your feet forward and let the upper back roll onto the ball.
- Lift your hips so your body forms a flat tabletop.
- Press both dumbbells up over your chest with palms facing forward.
- Lower one dumbbell down to your chest while the other stays up.
- Press the lower dumbbell back up to lockout.
- Lower the other dumbbell down and press it back up.
- Continue alternating arms with slow control.
