Description
The knee circles stretch is a hip and knee mobility drill performed standing on one leg. The non-standing knee is lifted up and circled around in a wide arc to mobilize the hip and warm up the knee. It is a useful warm-up before lower body training.

Single Leg Knee Circles Stretch Instructions
- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Lift one knee up to hip height.
- Hold the foot just off the floor.
- Begin circling the knee in a wide arc outward.
- Open the hip and bring the knee around to the side.
- Continue the circle behind and back to the start.
- Reverse direction. Switch legs and repeat.
