- Set a low platform or plates and stand on them.
- Position a loaded trap bar around you.
- Squat down inside the trap bar and grip the handles.
- Brace your core and set a flat back.
- Drive through the legs to lift the bar off the floor.
- Stand up tall locking out the hips.
- Squeeze the glutes hard at the top.
- Lower the bar back to the floor with control.
