Cable Standing Wrist Roll

Description

The cable standing wrist roll is a forearm-focused exercise where you roll the rope up by alternating wrist flexions while standing in front of a cable pulley. The cable provides constant tension throughout the roll. It is a brutal grip and forearm builder used by climbers, grapplers, and lifters chasing thicker forearms.
