Cable Standing Front Raise Variation
Description
The cable standing front raise variation uses a low cable pulley with a single handle or rope attachment for a front delt raise with constant tension. The cable provides resistance through the entire range, including the bottom where dumbbells go light. It is a strong choice for front delt development and tension throughout the lift.
