  1. Set both cables to a high position with single handles.
  2. Stand in the center of a cable crossover.
  3. Reach across the body to grip the opposite high cable in each hand.
  4. Cross the arms at chest height.
  5. Brace your core and keep the chest tall.
  6. Pull the arms wide and back uncrossing them.
  7. Continue back until the arms are out to the sides at shoulder height.
  8. Squeeze the rear delts hard. Return with control.
