Cable Standing Close Grip Row

Description

The cable standing close grip row is performed standing at a low cable pulley with a v-handle attachment. Pulling the handle to your stomach with elbows tucked tight builds lat thickness while the standing position adds core engagement to maintain posture. It is a strong choice for back development.
