- Set a cable to a low pulley with a v-handle attachment.
- Stand facing the cable with feet hip-width apart.
- Grip the handle with both hands, palms facing each other.
- Step back to create cable tension and lean forward slightly.
- Brace your core and pull your shoulders back.
- Pull the handle to your stomach by driving the elbows back along your sides.
- Squeeze the lats and rhomboids at the back of the row.
- Slowly extend the arms forward to the starting position with control.
