Description

The cable one arm lateral bent over is a unilateral rear delt fly done with a low cable. The lifter hinges forward and raises one arm out to the side. The cable provides constant tension on the rear delts throughout.

Cable One Arm Bent Over Lateral Instructions

  1. Set a cable to a low position with a single handle attached.
  2. Stand sideways to the cable in a hinged position.
  3. Grip the handle with the arm that crosses the body.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Raise the arm out to the side away from the body.
  6. Keep a slight bend in the elbow throughout.
  7. Squeeze the rear delt hard at the top.
  8. Lower with control. Finish all reps then switch sides.
