Bottle Weighted Forward Lunge Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, holding a weighted bottle in each hand.
  2. Let the bottles hang at your sides with arms straight.
  3. Brace your core and keep your chest up.
  4. Step forward with one leg into a long lunge stance.
  5. Lower until the back knee nearly touches the floor.
  6. Keep the front knee tracking over your front toe.
  7. Drive through the front heel to push back to standing.
  8. Alternate legs each rep.
