Description
The bottle weighted forward lunge uses weighted bottles in each hand to load a forward stepping lunge. The hands hang at the sides while the legs do the work. It is a strong home leg move when dumbbells are not available.

- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart, holding a weighted bottle in each hand.
- Let the bottles hang at your sides with arms straight.
- Brace your core and keep your chest up.
- Step forward with one leg into a long lunge stance.
- Lower until the back knee nearly touches the floor.
- Keep the front knee tracking over your front toe.
- Drive through the front heel to push back to standing.
- Alternate legs each rep.
