  1. Stand in a split stance with the front foot on a resistance band.
  2. Grip the band handle with one hand at shoulder height.
  3. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  4. Lower the back knee toward the floor.
  5. Stop just above the floor with the front shin near vertical.
  6. Drive through the front foot to stand back up.
  7. Squeeze the front glute at the top.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
