  1. Anchor a resistance band low behind your head.
  2. Lie on your back with feet flat on the floor.
  3. Reach overhead and grab the band with both hands in an underhand grip.
  4. Position your elbows above your shoulders, pointing up.
  5. Brace your core and keep your back flat.
  6. Press the band down toward your hips by extending your elbows.
  7. Keep the upper arms still and only the elbows moving.
  8. Lower the band back over your forehead with control.
