- Anchor a resistance band low behind your head.
- Lie on your back with feet flat on the floor.
- Reach overhead and grab the band with both hands in an underhand grip.
- Position your elbows above your shoulders, pointing up.
- Brace your core and keep your back flat.
- Press the band down toward your hips by extending your elbows.
- Keep the upper arms still and only the elbows moving.
- Lower the band back over your forehead with control.
