45 Degree Twisting Hyperextension

45 Degree Twisting Hyperextension

Description

The 45 degree twisting hyperextension adds a torso twist to the standard hyperextension. The lifter performs the back extension on a 45 degree hyper bench, then twists the torso side to side at the top. The twist loads the obliques while the extension trains the back.
