  1. Put on a weighted vest with the desired load.
  2. Begin in a high plank position with hands under the shoulders.
  3. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Lower the chest toward the floor by bending the elbows.
  6. Stop just before the chest touches the floor.
  7. Press back up to lockout.
  8. Squeeze the chest hard at the top.
