Trap Bar Standing Shrug

Trap Bar Standing Shrug

Description

The trap bar standing shrug uses a trap bar held at the sides for shrugging. The neutral grip and centered weight position keeps the load balanced and lets the lifter handle heavier weights than a barbell shrug. It is a strong trap builder.
