Toy Soldier Dynamic Stretch
This exercise involves using a toy soldier movement to dynamically stretch the hamstrings and improve flexibility. Stand with feet hip-width apart, then lift one leg straight out in front of you while reaching your opposite arm to touch your toes. Alternate legs and repeat for several reps.
Toy Soldier Dynamic Stretch Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.
- Step forward with your left foot and lower your body into a lunge position.
- As you lower your body, raise your arms above your head.
- Hold the lunge position for a few seconds.
- Return to the starting position and repeat the exercise with your right foot.
- Continue alternating between left and right legs for 10-12 repetitions.
