Description
The suspender straight hip leg curl places the heels in suspension trainer foot cradles. The hips bridge up and the heels drag in toward the glutes. The combo of hip extension and knee flexion targets the hamstrings hard. It is one of the toughest TRX moves.

Suspender Straight Hip Leg Curl Instructions
- Set the suspension trainer to about a foot off the floor.
- Lie on your back with the heels in the foot cradles.
- Position your arms by your sides on the floor.
- Brace your core and lift your hips off the floor into a bridge.
- Maintain hip height throughout the rep.
- Curl the heels in toward your glutes.
- Squeeze the hamstrings hard at the top.
- Slowly extend the legs back out, keeping hips lifted.
