Description
The suspender reverse fly wake up is a TRX reverse fly used as a warm-up to activate the rear delts. The lifter grips the handles, leans back at an angle, and pulls the arms wide in a reverse fly. The light load and strict form make it ideal as an upper body wake-up.

- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with both hands palms facing each other.
- Walk the feet forward until the body leans back at an angle.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
- Pull the arms wide and back in a reverse fly motion.
- Continue until the arms are out to the sides.
- Squeeze the rear delts. Lower with control.
