Suspender Reverse Fly Wake Up

Description

The suspender reverse fly wake up is a TRX reverse fly used as a warm-up to activate the rear delts. The lifter grips the handles, leans back at an angle, and pulls the arms wide in a reverse fly. The light load and strict form make it ideal as an upper body wake-up.
