- Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
- Grip the handles with both hands palms facing up.
- Walk the feet forward until the body leans back.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and keep the elbows up.
- Curl the body up by bending the elbows.
- Bring the hands all the way to the ears at the top.
- Lower with control to the start.
