TRX Curl to Ears Instructions

  1. Set the suspension trainer at chest height.
  2. Grip the handles with both hands palms facing up.
  3. Walk the feet forward until the body leans back.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  5. Brace your core and keep the elbows up.
  6. Curl the body up by bending the elbows.
  7. Bring the hands all the way to the ears at the top.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
