Description

The cable standing inner curl uses a low cable positioned to one side and curls it across the body toward the opposite shoulder. This cross-body path emphasizes the short head of the bicep and builds the bicep peak with constant cable tension.

Cable Standing Inner Curl Instructions

  1. Set a cable pulley to the lowest position. Attach a D-handle.
  2. Stand sideways to the cable. Grip the handle with your hand closest to the cable.
  3. Step away slightly so the cable has tension.
  4. Curl the handle across your body toward your opposite shoulder.
  5. Keep your upper arm still. Only your forearm moves.
  6. Squeeze your bicep peak at the top.
  7. Lower under control.
  8. Complete reps, then switch sides.
