This exercise involves standing with a cable machine and curling the cable towards your body, targeting the biceps muscles. It is a great isolation exercise for building strength and size in the biceps.

Cable Standing Inner Curl Instructions
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
- Attach a cable to a low pulley and hold the handle with an underhand grip.
- Keep your elbows close to your sides and your upper arms stationary.
- Curl the handle towards your chest by flexing your biceps.
- Pause for a second at the top of the movement and squeeze your biceps.
- Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
