Description
The cable standing inner curl uses a low cable positioned to one side and curls it across the body toward the opposite shoulder. This cross-body path emphasizes the short head of the bicep and builds the bicep peak with constant cable tension.

Cable Standing Inner Curl Instructions
- Set a cable pulley to the lowest position. Attach a D-handle.
- Stand sideways to the cable. Grip the handle with your hand closest to the cable.
- Step away slightly so the cable has tension.
- Curl the handle across your body toward your opposite shoulder.
- Keep your upper arm still. Only your forearm moves.
- Squeeze your bicep peak at the top.
- Lower under control.
- Complete reps, then switch sides.
