Cable Standing Inner Curl Instructions

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
  2. Attach a cable to a low pulley and hold the handle with an underhand grip.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your sides and your upper arms stationary.
  4. Curl the handle towards your chest by flexing your biceps.
  5. Pause for a second at the top of the movement and squeeze your biceps.
  6. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
