  1. Set up in a high plank position with hands on a PVC stick.
  2. Hold the stick on the floor in front of you.
  3. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  4. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  5. Press into the stick to engage the lats.
  6. Hold the isometric position with the core tight.
  7. Maintain the rigid plank.
  8. Hold for the working set.
