Description
The standing arms circling is a classic shoulder mobility drill performed standing. The lifter circles both arms in big forward and backward circles. The continuous circles mobilize the shoulders and warm up the rotator cuff. It is a basic warm-up move.

- Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
- Brace your core lightly.
- Extend both arms straight out to the sides.
- Begin making big circles forward with the arms.
- Keep the circles smooth and the shoulders relaxed.
- Continue forward circles for several reps.
- Reverse direction and circle the arms backward.
- Continue backward circles to finish.
