Standing Alt Arms Circling Instructions

  1. Stand with the feet hip width apart.
  2. Brace your core and keep the chest up.
  3. Lift one arm overhead and the other to the side.
  4. Begin circling one arm forward in a big arc.
  5. As that arm comes down, lift the other to overhead.
  6. Continue the alternating circles.
  7. Use a steady controlled tempo.
  8. Continue for the working set.
