Description
The standing alternate arms circling is a shoulder mobility drill that uses big alternating arm circles. The mover circles one arm at a time in big controlled patterns. It is a useful warm-up drill for shoulders and posture.

Standing Alt Arms Circling Instructions
- Stand with the feet hip width apart.
- Brace your core and keep the chest up.
- Lift one arm overhead and the other to the side.
- Begin circling one arm forward in a big arc.
- As that arm comes down, lift the other to overhead.
- Continue the alternating circles.
- Use a steady controlled tempo.
- Continue for the working set.
