Description
The single arm side straight arm lat pulldown is a unilateral lat isolation drill. Standing sideways to a high cable and pulling the handle down with a straight arm in a slight arc isolates the lat one side at a time.

- Set a cable handle at high height.
- Stand sideways to the cable with the working arm closer.
- Grab the handle with a slight elbow bend.
- Step back to set tension and stand tall.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Pull the handle down across the body to the hip.
- Squeeze the lat hard at the bottom.
- Return with control and continue for all reps then switch.
