Roll Forearms Standing Against Wall Instructions

  1. Stand facing a wall with a foam roller pinned vertically against it.
  2. Place one forearm flat against the roller.
  3. Press the arm into the roller with the body weight.
  4. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  5. Slide the forearm slowly up and down the roller.
  6. Rotate the wrist to cover all sides of the forearm.
  7. Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
  8. Continue for the working time then switch sides.
