- Stand facing a wall with a foam roller pinned vertically against it.
- Place one forearm flat against the roller.
- Press the arm into the roller with the body weight.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Slide the forearm slowly up and down the roller.
- Rotate the wrist to cover all sides of the forearm.
- Pause on tender spots for several breaths.
- Continue for the working time then switch sides.
