Description
The roll ball diaphragm is a self myofascial release drill for the breathing muscles. Pressing a small ball under the rib cage targets the diaphragm and helps release tension that limits deep breathing.

Roll Ball Diaphragm Instructions
- Lie on the floor face down.
- Place a small massage ball just below the bottom rib.
- Brace the upper body on the forearms.
- Keep the body relaxed over the ball.
- Take slow deep breaths into the belly.
- Allow the diaphragm to press into the ball.
- Move the ball gently along the lower ribs.
- Continue for the working time.
