Resistance Band Standing Single Arm Shoulder Flexion Instructions

  1. Stand on a resistance band with one foot.
  2. Hold the handle in the same side hand at thigh level.
  3. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  4. Raise the arm straight out in front of the body.
  5. Continue lifting until the arm reaches shoulder height.
  6. Squeeze the front delt hard at the top.
  7. Lower with control to the start.
  8. Repeat for all reps then switch sides.
