- Stand on a resistance band with one foot.
- Hold the handle in the same side hand at thigh level.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Raise the arm straight out in front of the body.
- Continue lifting until the arm reaches shoulder height.
- Squeeze the front delt hard at the top.
- Lower with control to the start.
- Repeat for all reps then switch sides.
