Rear Delt Fly with Bed Sheet Instructions

  1. Loop a bed sheet around a fixed anchor point at chest height.
  2. Stand facing the anchor.
  3. Grab the ends of the sheet with both hands held in front.
  4. Step back to create tension on the sheet.
  5. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  6. Pull the hands out to the sides while squeezing the rear delts.
  7. Stop when the arms reach a T position.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
