Description
The alternate shoulder flexion back to wall is a shoulder mobility drill. Standing with the back flat against a wall, you raise one arm overhead at a time without losing contact with the wall.

Alternate Shoulder Flexion Back to Wall Instructions
- Stand with the back, head, and hips against a wall.
- Plant the feet about a foot from the wall.
- Press the lower back gently into the wall.
- Brace the core and keep the ribs down.
- Slowly raise one arm up overhead toward the wall.
- Try to touch the back of the hand to the wall above the head.
- Lower the arm back to your side with control.
- Repeat with the other arm and continue alternating.
