Quick Feet Run Instructions

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Set the hands up in a running guard position.
  3. Brace your core lightly.
  4. Start lifting the feet off the floor in rapid alternating steps.
  5. Keep the steps small and the turnover fast.
  6. Stay light on the balls of the feet.
  7. Pump the arms in time with the legs.
  8. Continue the rapid foot speed for the working time.
