Description
The power sled drag is a sled-pulling drill performed walking backward. The lifter attaches a strap or harness to a weighted sled and walks backward dragging the sled. The backward walk loads the quads hard and builds conditioning.

- Attach a strap or harness to a weighted sled.
- Hold the strap handles or wear the harness.
- Face away from the sled with feet shoulder-width.
- Brace your core and lean back slightly.
- Walk backward with controlled steps.
- Drive through the heels and pull the sled.
- Continue walking backward for the working distance.
- Keep the back tall and chest up throughout.
