- Loop a bed sheet around a fixed anchor point at low height.
- Stand facing away from the anchor.
- Grab the ends of the sheet behind the head with both hands.
- Step forward to create tension on the sheet.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Extend the elbows to press the hands overhead.
- Squeeze the triceps hard at lockout.
- Lower with control to the start.
