Overhead Triceps Extension with Bed Sheet Instructions

  1. Loop a bed sheet around a fixed anchor point at low height.
  2. Stand facing away from the anchor.
  3. Grab the ends of the sheet behind the head with both hands.
  4. Step forward to create tension on the sheet.
  5. Brace the core and keep the chest up.
  6. Extend the elbows to press the hands overhead.
  7. Squeeze the triceps hard at lockout.
  8. Lower with control to the start.
