  1. Lie on the back with the legs extended.

  4. Guide the bent knee across the body to the opposite side.
  5. Press the knee gently toward the floor.
  6. Reach the same side arm out to the side.
  7. Feel the stretch through the lower back and obliques.
  8. Hold for the desired duration then switch sides.
