- Stand at a lever rear kick machine and grip the handles.
- Set one foot under the lever pad.
- Brace your core and set the chest tall.
- Keep the working leg slightly bent.
- Kick the leg straight back driving the pad up.
- Squeeze the glute hard at the top.
- Hold the contracted position briefly.
- Lower back to the start with control. Complete reps and switch sides.
