Lateral Raise with Towel
Description
The lateral raise with towel is an old-school self-resistance move where a towel is held taut between the hands and the lifter pulls outward while raising the arms out to the sides. The constant tension on the towel turns a basic lateral raise into a serious side delt builder with no hardware.
