Kneeling Forward Hip Circles Instructions

  1. Set up on hands and knees in a quadruped position.
  2. Place the hands under the shoulders and knees under the hips.
  3. Brace your core and keep the back flat.
  4. Lift one knee out to the side.
  5. Circle the knee forward toward the hand.
  6. Continue the circle back to the start position.
  7. Maintain a steady tempo.
  8. Finish all reps then switch sides.
