Kettlebell Single Leg Glute Bridge Pullover Instructions

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold a kettlebell with both hands at the chest.
  3. Drive through the heels to lift the hips up into a glute bridge.
  4. Extend one leg straight out at hip height.
  5. Brace your core and keep the hips level.
  6. Press the kettlebell up over the chest.
  7. Lower the kettlebell back overhead with arms slightly bent.
  8. Pull the kettlebell back over the chest. Repeat. Switch legs.
