- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a kettlebell with both hands at the chest.
- Drive through the heels to lift the hips up into a glute bridge.
- Extend one leg straight out at hip height.
- Brace your core and keep the hips level.
- Press the kettlebell up over the chest.
- Lower the kettlebell back overhead with arms slightly bent.
- Pull the kettlebell back over the chest. Repeat. Switch legs.
