Kettlebell Pullover 3 Month Position Instructions

  1. Lie on your back on the floor.
  2. Bend the knees and lift the feet so the knees are over the hips at 90 degrees.
  3. Press the lower back firmly into the floor.
  4. Hold a kettlebell in both hands with arms extended over the chest.
  5. Brace your core and keep the lower back pressed.
  6. Lower the kettlebell back behind the head with arms slightly bent.
  7. Stop when the upper arms reach near the floor.
  8. Pull the kettlebell back over the chest using the lats.
