- Lie on your back on the floor.
- Bend the knees and lift the feet so the knees are over the hips at 90 degrees.
- Press the lower back firmly into the floor.
- Hold a kettlebell in both hands with arms extended over the chest.
- Brace your core and keep the lower back pressed.
- Lower the kettlebell back behind the head with arms slightly bent.
- Stop when the upper arms reach near the floor.
- Pull the kettlebell back over the chest using the lats.
