- Hinge at the hips and grab the kettlebell with both hands using an overhand (pronated) grip.
- Brace your core and keep your back flat.
- Hike the bell back between your legs.
- Drive your hips forward explosively.
- Let the bell swing up to about chest height.
- Allow the bell to swing back down between your legs as your hips hinge.
- Continue with smooth controlled swings.
