  1. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width with a kettlebell in front.
  2. Hinge at the hips and grab the kettlebell with both hands using an overhand (pronated) grip.
  3. Brace your core and keep your back flat.
  4. Hike the bell back between your legs.
  5. Drive your hips forward explosively.
  6. Let the bell swing up to about chest height.
  7. Allow the bell to swing back down between your legs as your hips hinge.
  8. Continue with smooth controlled swings.
