Description
The inverted wide to narrow row is an inverted row that alternates grip widths. The lifter rows with a wide grip then narrows the grip and rows again. The grip changes train the back from multiple angles in one set.
Equipment Required
Inverted Wide to Narrow Row Instructions
- Set a bar at hip height.
- Grip the bar with a wide overhand grip.
- Hang under the bar with the body angled.
- Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
- Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
- Pull the chest toward the bar with wide grip.
- Lower then move the hands narrow and row again.
- Continue alternating wide and narrow grip rows.
