Description

The inverted wide to narrow row is an inverted row that alternates grip widths. The lifter rows with a wide grip then narrows the grip and rows again. The grip changes train the back from multiple angles in one set.

Inverted Wide to Narrow Row Instructions

  1. Set a bar at hip height.
  2. Grip the bar with a wide overhand grip.
  3. Hang under the bar with the body angled.
  4. Set the body in a straight line from head to heels.
  5. Brace your core and pinch the shoulder blades.
  6. Pull the chest toward the bar with wide grip.
  7. Lower then move the hands narrow and row again.
  8. Continue alternating wide and narrow grip rows.
