Description
The feet and ankles side to side stretch is a simple ankle mobility drill done standing. Rocking the feet from the inside edge to the outside edge mobilizes the ankle joint and stretches the peroneals and tibialis muscles.

- Stand tall with the feet shoulder width apart.
- Hold a wall or rail for balance support if needed.
- Brace the core and keep the chest up.
- Roll both feet onto their outside edges.
- Hold for a beat at the outer position.
- Roll both feet onto their inside edges.
- Hold for a beat at the inner position.
- Continue rocking side to side for the working set.
